Liberty Hospice Care Inc
We are a combination of a healthcare program and services agency designed to meet the special needs of patients and their loved ones in time of crisis due to a terminal illness, for which they do not elect aggressive treatment.
Hospice care can dramatically reduce the amount of pain and suffering experienced by a patient and their loved ones. At Liberty Hospice Care Inc, our close-knit group of professionals and trained volunteers are committed to providing our patients with a richer, fuller and more meaningful life in the time that is left to ensure a dignified, comfortable and peaceful experience.
